Update.

Everyone likes a nice update post, right?

My second week of classes is almost done. I am doing an applied study, and I finally have it mostly figured out. In that I mean that I understand what it is I am doing and what my final project/semester work is supposed to look like. I am hoping that it will get less stressful soon, so far it has been more work and stress than it is worth.

The rest of my classes look alright. I have a night class for the first time at the U of L. I have been avoiding them, but I guess one in two years isn't so bad. My classes are as follows: Neuroscience Brain and Behaviour, the Hindu Tradition, the History of Pentecostalism, and Epidemiology. Yup, two religious studies classes, and no kinesiology (except for the applied study, which isn't really a class).

I am playing intramurals two nights a week this semester. We won both our games this week. However, I took quite the elbow to the face today. Right in the nose. Luckily, there was no nose-ring damage. Just a heck of a sore face. I kind of got it right between the nose and the upper lip, you know, that bone right there.

I finally went back to yoga today. I have missed it. It has been five weeks since my two week stint before Christmas. I was shaky as heck today, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. I am excited to get back into it.

I am directing the Sr. reunion at Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp at the end of February/beginning of March. I don't actually know the dates... I should look that up. Anyways, I have a bunch of work and planning to do for that.

The last two weeks have been crazy and stressful. I hope that things settle down. I have had so many things going on. I have double-booked myself without realizing at least once. I didn't even realize that I had missed an appointment until two days later. So many things to do! But I find consolation in the fact that this is my last semester. I will never be an undergraduate student again after April. It makes it a bit easier.

I am listening to this playlist right now. love love

Till I Hear You Sing -- Ramin Karimloo
Bones -- David J Roch
Girlfriend in a Coma -- Joshua Radin
Beyond Words -- Tenth Avenue North
Turn to Stone -- Ingrid Michaelson
Skin & Bones -- David J Roch
When it Rains -- Cover by Michael Henry and Justin Robinett
Elephant in the Room -- Richard Walters

And yes, I do prefer David J Roch songs with 'bones' in the title.
